Warranty
All Pulsio products are sold with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty included, and automatically activated. In the rare event that your Pulsio technology product develops a fault, our customer service team will be on hand to arrange an exchange or a completely new replacement set.
We also offer this additional 2 Year Protection for extra peace of mind:

Add on an additional year of Manufacturer warranty protection, making it a total of 2 years from purchase with the same coverage.
Warranty Inclusions & registration
All Pulsio Warranties are automatically activated and aligned with the purchase date of your original device.
Any manufacturer defects and battery failures during this 2 year Limited Warranty period are covered and eligible for repair. The Warranty is activated automatically for 2 years from the purchase date of your original device.
1 Extended Warranty per device, in order of purchase date.
How do I claim?
To register a Warranty Claim, simply pop us an email at support@pulsio.eu with your order number and purchase date of your original device, and a description of the issue at hand.
You will be guided through troubleshooting where applicable, and will be assisted with our hassle free exchange and inspection service.
Warranty Exclusions
Heads up! Our 1 Year Manufacturer warranty doesn't cover:
🔹 Cosmetic issues, such as scratches or dents
🔹 Damage from using the product with other non-recommended products or attachments
🔹 The attachment of any unauthorised accessories
🔹 Damage from accidents, misuse, or other external factors
🔹 Problems caused by improper operation of the product
🔹 Any modifications or repairs applied to the product without our authorization
🔹 Products not purchased directly through our site or authorised retailer.
