Our products are sent from our Ireland Hub via DHL Express or DPD with a delivery time of 2-5 days, depending on location. Since our items are shipped within the EU you can rest assured there will no hold ups at the boarder and no extra taxes or duties.

Warranty
All Pulsio products are sold with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty included, and automatically activated. In the rare event that your Pulsio product develops a fault, our customer service team will be on hand to arrange an exchange and a completely new replacement set.

How to measure:
Standing up, measure the circumference of your upper arm.
Circumference measurements correspond to the sizing below:

Small: 23-31cm // 9" - 12"
Medium: 43-31cm // 17" - 20"
Large: 53-66cm // 21" - 26"

Suitable for use on wrist, forearm, elbow, upper arm, ankle, knee, calf.

For Ice Cold therapy: Place the CyroSleeve in the fridge or freezer for 2-3 hours until you reach your desired temperature for Ice relief.
The Pulsio CryoSleeve retains cool temperatures for up to 2 hours.

For Soothing heat therapy: Warm in microwave for up to 20 seconds for soothing heat relief. The Pulsio CryoSleeve retains warm temperatures for up to 1 hour.
