How to measure:
Standing up, measure the circumference of your upper arm, calf, or thigh.
Circumference measurements correspond to the recommended sizing ranges below.

The Pulsio CryoSleeve retains cool temperatures for up to 2 hours.
For Soothing heat therapy: Warm in microwave for up to 20 seconds for soothing heat relief. The Pulsio CryoSleeve retains warm temperatures for up to 1 hour.
