Our products are sent from our Ireland Hub via DHL Express or DPD with a delivery time of 2-5 days, depending on location. Since our items are shipped within the EU you can rest assured there will no hold ups at the boarder and no extra taxes or duties.

Warranty
All Pulsio products are sold with a 1 Year Manufacturer Warranty included, and automatically activated. In the rare event that your Pulsio product develops a fault, our customer service team will be on hand to arrange an exchange and a completely new replacement set.

For Ice Cold therapy: Place the CryoBall in the fridge or freezer for 2-3 hours until you reach your desired temperature for Ice relief.
The Pulsio CryoBall retains cool temperatures for up to 6 hours.

For Soothing heat therapy: Place the CryoBall in warm-hot water for 20 minutes until you reach your desired temperature for a warming therapy option.
The Pulsio CryoBall retains warm temperatures for up to 2 hours.
